You navigate the world with some extra weight on your shoulders. You often struggle to cope with worries, nerves, and stress and wish you could take a break from the “what if’s.” At the same time, your work ethic has gotten you where you are now — it’s helped you accomplish tasks, do quality work, and meet (and often exceed) expectations. You may be feeling burnt out or wondering why you still don’t feel “good enough” despite your hard work.

How we help.

We’ll help you befriend your anxiety and perfectionistic tendencies and understand what they’re really trying to tell you so that we can change their patterns. We’ll work together to develop customized strategies to combat anxiety-related thoughts and behaviors, and to identify and practice techniques to help you stay calm, balanced, and grounded when anxiety creeps in.
