Life’s going pretty well, but there are one or two things you really wish were different. Maybe it’s a habit you can’t shake, or a relationship that’s giving you trouble lately. Rather than forming a long-term relationship with a therapist, you’re just looking for some brief, time-limited support to get you through.

How we help.

Short-term therapy is a great way of honing in on one or two areas in life that, if changed, would improve your quality of life and allow you to live it to the fullest. We’ll collaborate to create a short-term treatment plan to address these areas, and set up a maintenance plan for the following months so we can support your long-term success.
